These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tr999 ("tr999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the tr999 website, mobile interface and associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or accessing any product on the tr999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. You further acknowledge that these Terms may be updated from time to time and that continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended version constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the tr999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tr999.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the tr999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive awarded to a Player by tr999 subject to applicable terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all transactions on the tr999 Platform are denominated.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer table game, fishing game or any other gaming product available on the tr999 Platform.
• "Platform" means the tr999 website, all subdomains, mobile web interface and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the tr999 brand.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual who is self-excluded from gambling services, or any individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Access to and use of the tr999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tr999 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years for all players. Anyone under 21 is a Prohibited Person and must not use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures may not register accounts on the tr999 Platform.
• You must not be a self-excluded player, either through tr999's own self-exclusion programme or through any external responsible gambling scheme to which tr999 participates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of any employee of tr999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the tr999 Platform.

To access the full range of products and services available on the tr999 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may register only one Account on the tr999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. tr999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• tr999 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require additional identity verification documents before processing any deposit, withdrawal or bonus redemption. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.
• Accounts that show no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. tr999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform from time to time.
• tr999 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms or any other form of misconduct.

All financial transactions on the tr999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by players:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although tr999 reserves the right to impose individual account-level deposit limits at its discretion or at the player's request for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank, subject to the availability of each payment method at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your tr999 account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. tr999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless tr999's compliance team approves an alternative method in writing following identity verification.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, tr999 may require satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used.
• tr999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance consists wholly or partly of uncleared bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.

tr999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. tr999 reserves the right to determine which players are eligible for any particular bonus at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused or incomplete bonus balances will expire and be removed from the account at the end of the applicable promotion period.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and product categories specified in the promotional terms. In some cases, certain game categories — such as live casino tables or specific slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• tr999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited to an account, only the portion of the bonus that has already been converted into real-money funds through completed wagering will be retained.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated wagering strategies intended to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or accounts and have no cash value outside the conditions set out in the applicable promotional terms.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the tr999 Platform, including cricket betting, sports betting and any other wagering products offered from time to time:

• All bets are accepted at tr999's absolute discretion. tr999 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet, in whole or in part, at any time before settlement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player except where tr999 expressly provides a cash-out or bet edit facility for the relevant market.
• Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the Board of Control for Cricket in India for IPL fixtures, or the International Cricket Council for ICC events). tr999's settlement decision is final.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed within a time period specified in the applicable betting rules, tr999 reserves the right to void all unsettled bets on that event and return stakes to players' account balances.
• tr999 operates a maximum payout limit per bet and per day, as published in the applicable sport and market rules. Winnings that exceed these limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at tr999's sole discretion.
• Odds displayed on the tr999 Platform are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are those displayed and confirmed at the point of bet placement, not any odds displayed prior to that point.
• All games and casino products on the tr999 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) whose integrity is independently verified. tr999 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for the inherent variance of any game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr999 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the tr999 Platform, whether under your own identity or that of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification or any other interaction with tr999.
• Using the tr999 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including through pre-arranged match-fixing or information sharing arrangements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, play games or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, vulnerability or misconfigured price in the tr999 Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back, payment reversal or disputed transaction as a means of recovering funds from tr999 without a valid dispute as determined by tr999 at its sole discretion.
• Accessing the tr999 Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any Prohibited Person — including any individual under the age of 21 — to access the tr999 Platform through your account.

All content on the tr999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of tr999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, copy, republish, transmit, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the tr999 Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from tr999.
• Game content, including slot titles, live dealer interfaces and sports data, is the property of the respective third-party game and data providers and is made available to tr999 under licence. All rights reserved by those providers.
• The tr999 brand name, logo and associated marks are the exclusive property of tr999 and may not be used in any manner without express written authorisation.

tr999 is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by the tr999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the tr999 Privacy Policy.
• tr999 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and transaction history for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and customer support.
• tr999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
• tr999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse.

tr999 is strongly committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. tr999 recognises that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and takes active steps to identify and support affected players.

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through the account settings area. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours.
• Players may set session time limits that automatically log them out of the Platform after a specified period of play. Session time limit settings are accessible within the responsible gaming section of the player's account.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and six months. During a time-out period, the player's account will be suspended and no bets or deposits will be accepted.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the tr999 Platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting tr999 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a valid request and is not reversible for a minimum period of six months.
• tr999 actively monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling. Where such indicators are identified, tr999 may proactively apply protective restrictions to an account and contact the player with information about available support resources.
• The tr999 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. tr999 expects all adult account holders to take responsibility for ensuring that minors do not have access to their account credentials or to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr999's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• tr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if tr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• tr999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• tr999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of God, regulatory actions, or failures of third-party payment processors or game providers.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, tr999 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the relevant account balance to its pre-error state.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tr999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

tr999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all amendments:

• Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects players' rights or obligations — tr999 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice of the change by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered players.
• Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions or updates required by changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.
• The current effective version of these Terms is always available at https://tr999.io/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
• Your continued use of the tr999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account termination procedure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any dispute as to their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the following provisions:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tr999 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
• In the event of a dispute between you and tr999, you should first contact tr999's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. tr999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
• tr999's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the validity of account transactions and the application of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to a formal dispute process initiated through the support channel described above.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
• Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
